My family of five loved our stay at Diane’s. The house was just as described. The pool was a hot spot for my three boys. Everything we wanted to see was within a 20-55 minute drive. We hope to stay here again next year!

Beautiful villa in quiet gated community My husband and I really enjoyed our 33 night stay in this extremely clean and comfortable villa. The check-in process was very smooth because the property owner was quick to provide detailed instructions prior to our arrival. Upon entering the villa we were very pleased to see tasteful decor, new furnishings and flat screen Roku tvs in every room. The master bedroom has new comfortable bedding (as do the other 3 bedrooms that we didn’t use). The kitchen is very well stocked (lots of pots and pans, lots of dishes and even a Keurig). We enjoyed many a relaxing day in the clean heated pool, and many a relaxing evening in the spa. The villa is very well located with easy access to stores, restaurants and Disney parks. We can’t wait for our next holiday at Diane’s Villa and highly recommend it as we had absolutely no issues during our stay.

Diane was fantastic from pre-booking right through to the end of our holiday. The villa is lovely, clean and has all the amenities needed including toddler essentials that Diane kindly made sure was there before our arrival. Our nearly 3 year old keeps asking when we are going back to the villa!!

We had a wonderful holiday and a big part of it was because we stayed in Diane's Villa. It's beautifully furnished, very comfortable and in all the years we've been going to Florida and staying in villas, its the cleanest one we've ever stayed in. It's in a great location too, there are plenty of amenities and restaurants close by, Disney's Animal Kingdom only 15 minutes away (closest Disney park) and Magic Kingdom only 25 minutes away (furthest Disney park). Universal parks are slightly further away but not too far at all (about 45 minutes) The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, Diane is lovely and was a pleasure to communicate with, she always responded quickly to any questions we had. We're already looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit and if you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, clean house as a base for your holiday, we highly recommend it.

The house is pure insane. It all looked like in the pictures and even better. We would recommend everyone to book this house if you want to visit the Disney parks or something to do in Orlando. The pool was great and super clean. We will definitely come back.

Diane's villa was like a slice of paradise, offering us a home away from home experience. The generous space inside and the heated pool were the perfect sanctuary to relax in after a day at the theme parks. Diane was a fantastic host, always approachable and made communicating a breeze. She kept us well-informed during Hurricane Idalia, ensuring our peace of mind even though it turned out to be a non-issue. I would highly recommend staying here - it's simply perfect!

We had such a great time! The home is sooo clean and decorated so beautifully. Our kids were in the pool pretty much the entire time and they had a blast! The outdoor area was very spacious and the pool was a great size! We have a 5 year old and a 10 year old and they loved it! There was even a bathroom outside which was great for the kids so they didn’t have to come inside wet! The bathtub in the master was awesome too and I being pregnant I appreciated being able to relax at the end of a long day at Disney! Disney was super close and was very convenient. All of the major stores were within 5-10 minutes and were easy to get to. Overall we had an awesome time and would def like to stay again for our next trip to Disney! One thing I will also note is that my mom accidentally left her jewelry behind and the host Diane reached out to me right away and mailed it back to us. So nice and appreciated!!

My family of six had an amazing stay. The house was exactly as described. All the furniture was recently updated and looked fantastic! There was plenty of room to spread out and relax both inside and out. The outdoor bathroom was a pleasant surprise, as our kids were able to change into their bathing suits and use the bathroom without going through the house. We also appreciated the extra locks on the patio doors. My 5 and 6 year old couldn't unlock the door to get to the pool, which helped alleviate my anxiety. I would absolutely recommend this house to others. We hope to come back in the future.

We spent the most relaxing Spring Break at Diane’s Villa! The house is immaculately presented, with a fabulous pool and had everything we required for our holiday. Diane answered all of our questions promptly and made some brilliant local recommendations. We felt super safe in the gated community. Restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets were an Uber ride away and we also visited Clearwater Beach and the Aquariumin Tampa! We are looking forward to staying again! The villa was absolutely beautiful, even nicer than you can see in the photos. The pool is lovely, we loved the palms. We had everything we could ever need and all the furniture and furnishings are so nicely done. The manual left by Diane is really useful. The location was great for Universal, Disney and heading to local Springs and there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Diane is fabulous at responding to you very quickly and nothing is too much trouble. We didn't want to leave, please can we come back soon!

Your home has everything a family could need for a Florida vacation. Close to amenities and parks and being in a gated community is a plus. Will definitely be back in the future.
