Welcome to our sunny and stylish villa located in the peaceful, gated community of Highgate Park — nestled at the end of Legacy Park Boulevard, just off US Highway 27. We’ve loved holidaying in this area for over ten years, and now we’re excited to share our Florida holiday home with you.
Just 25 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to Orlando’s world-famous attractions, this Davenport villa is the perfect base for your next adventure.
Private South-Facing Pool with Elevated Views
Enjoy full privacy on the south-facing pool deck, which sits slightly elevated above the rear neighbours. Whether you’re sunbathing on the loungers, relaxing in the spa, or dining outdoors under the covered lanai with ceiling fan, this space was designed for rest and relaxation.
It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a cold drink and watch the sunset after a day of theme park thrills or shopping.

The renovated kitchen features a large fridge-freezer with ice maker, plus all the essentials: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dinnerware and cutlery — everything you need for self-catering.
A Samsung washer and dryer are available in the laundry nook for your use during longer stays.
And for indoor fun, head to the games room, which includes a pool table and high table & chairs — ideal for competitive family nights in.

Master Suite 1
A spacious main suite with a super king-size bed (US King), new furniture, walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool deck. The luxurious en-suite features a walk-in shower, soaking bathtub, dual sinks, and plenty of storage. Enjoy your favourite shows on the TV with Roku.
Master Suite 2
Located at the front of the house, this suite has a king-size bed (US Queen), a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, cabinet storage, and a hairdryer — perfect for extended family or friends sharing your holiday.
Mickey-Inspired Twin Room
Bright and playful, this room features twin beds, a double closet, and its own TV — a hit with kids and Disney fans of all ages.
Flexible Triple Room
Offering both a double/full bed and a single, this room is ideal for teens, adults, or families needing a versatile setup. There’s also a double closet to keep belongings organised.
Third Bathroom
Equipped with a large walk-in shower, hairdryer, and storage cabinets for all your toiletries and travel essentials.
